📜 Phone Sex Operator Consent & Acknowledgment Agreement

Independent Contractor Agreement

This Consent & Compliance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Moore Hustle Services, LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned Phone Sex Operator (“Contractor”).

By signing this Agreement, Contractor confirms that they understand, consent to, and agree to the terms outlined below as a condition of providing services through the Company.

1. Independent Contractor Status

Contractor acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of the Company
  • Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and legal compliance
  • Contractor controls their own schedule, availability, and performance style
  • Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer–employee relationship

2. Age & Legal Eligibility

Contractor affirms that:

  • They are at least 18 years of age
  • All participation is voluntary
  • They are legally permitted to provide adult fantasy-based services in their jurisdiction
  • All information provided during intake and onboarding is truthful and accurate

Providing false information regarding age or identity is grounds for immediate termination.

3. Nature of Services (Fantasy-Based Only)

Contractor understands and agrees that:

  • All services provided are fantasy-based adult conversation only
  • No real-life meetings, escorting, or physical services are permitted
  • All interactions are fictional roleplay unless otherwise stated as flirtation or conversation
  • Contractor may never claim real-world availability, intent, or actions

Any attempt to move services off-platform or into real-world contact is strictly prohibited.

4. Consent & Boundaries

Contractor retains full autonomy and consent at all times.

  • Contractor may refuse, redirect, or end any call for any reason
  • Contractor determines their own hard limits and boundaries
  • Contractor is never required to engage in content they find uncomfortable or unsafe
  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time without penalty

The Company supports boundary enforcement and will not penalize Contractor for exercising consent.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Contractor agrees not to engage in or portray any of the following:

  • Minors or age-play involving minors
  • Bestiality
  • Non-consensual acts (unless explicitly framed as consensual fantasy with clear adult context, where legally permitted)
  • Real-world threats, coercion, or emotional manipulation
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language
  • Illegal activity of any kind

Violation of this section results in immediate termination.

6. Confidentiality & Anonymity

Contractor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality:

  • Do not disclose real name, location, or identifying details to callers
  • Do not request or share personal identifying information from callers
  • Do not record calls or share content outside Company systems

The Company likewise agrees to keep Contractor’s legal identity confidential and protected.

7. Platform Rules & Brand Compliance

Contractor agrees to:

  • Follow Company guidelines, call standards, and compliance policies
  • Represent the brand professionally while maintaining persona authenticity
  • Avoid misleading claims about earnings, availability, or exclusivity

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Emotional Responsibility Disclaimer

Contractor understands that:

  • The Company is not responsible for emotional attachment formed by callers
  • Contractor is not a therapist, partner, or real-life companion
  • Calls must not be positioned as emotional dependency or exclusive relationships

Contractor agrees to redirect callers who express unhealthy dependency.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

The Company may terminate immediately for:

  • Policy violations
  • Illegal conduct
  • Breach of confidentiality
  • Misrepresentation of services

Upon termination, Contractor must cease representing the Company immediately.

10. Acknowledgment & Consent

By signing below, Contractor confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this Agreement in full
  • Agree to comply with all terms outlined above
  • Consent to provide fantasy-based adult services as an independent contractor
